JOB SUMMARY

As the Head of Accounting & Tax, you will be the overall responsible person for accounting & tax compliance in the NHV Group. You also work on improving key finance processes and implement new policies and procedures to make the day to day as efficient as possible, reporting to the Group CFO.

RESPONSIBILITIES & AREAS

Accounting & Tax team
• You are the leader of the accounting team, based in Oostende and responsible for the A to Z accounting of 10 legal entities in 7 different countries. You will support and guide the team to assure that all tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner, being extremely deadline oriented
• You will organise payment processes and manage short term cash flow for these entities
• Ensure timely registration of tax and transfer pricing declarations
• Lead on statutory audits and ensure compliance with all local legislation
