 Ensures a high degree of Customer Service and experience for all customers visiting clinic
 Responsible for Process Audit Score and Mystery Audit Score.
 Responsible for client’s forward booking.
 Responsible for Optimum utilization of Resources including for Digitalization of customers’ records, keeping of the records in proper and safe condition; products, consumables and equipments to be utilized properly for services.
 Suggestive selling of products & services.
 Drive Systems, Process Orientation through SOP Adherence.
 Perform services to customer with utmost care and diligence in accordance with the training instructions
