**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Develop and maintain appropriate documentation as per all procedures and guidelines set forth by MMASB/ALAM and the department to enable smooth processes and ease of reference, retrieval, and upload of all documents for relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare, package, and store documents upon completion of any program/course to ensure records remain up to date for future analysis.
- Coordinate with other departments for any needed support to ensure the smooth running of academic programs/courses and activities/tasks to meet operational needs.
- Monitor and maintain the inventories of supplies and materials to ensure sufficient supplies for the smooth operations of the department.
- Coordinate, manage, and organise activities, meetings, and various events for relevant stakeholders to ensure all engagements and activities run smoothly.
