Job Responsibility
• Planning lesson comprehensively and creative (able to do IT on time)
• Delivering lesson in class with own methods
• Able to handle students' discipline
• Able to participate in parents-teacher meeting (Konsultasi) if needed
• Able to participate and cooperate in any Raudhah Montessori Centre promotion
• Ready to be assigned with any position in organisation with respect and responsible
• Ready to obey orders of the company administrator from time to time
• Always be prepared to do tasks and obey the company rules
• Able to participate in marketing activity and the company branding
• Able to participate in any management matters of the company
• Able to give full cooperation to handle school events
• Able to handle students' need

Job Requirements
• Diploma / degree in any field (Preferrable: Child Early Education)
• Patient, loving to baby and small kids
• Positive attitude, cheerful and collaborative teamwork
