Our clients a leading group with 5000 plus Indian expats is looking for its real estate division .

Position: Quantity Surveyor - Real Estate Construction

Location : Lubumbashi DRC ( Congo Africa )

Salary : 1500 -2500 USD

Role and Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed estimates for various projects.

· Prepare the BOQ taking of Quantity as per the approved/ Tender drawing, and BOQ submitted & checking to consultant with co-ordination of Company Management.

· Responsibility and Supervision of all construction activities

· Establishment of site organization and Mobilization plan for Manpower/Machinery

· Material requirement plan and Coordinate to Vendor/Procurement team

· Support to the project team in technical matters, including constructability

· Drawing review and coordinate to Design team

· Complete the activity within the Project Budget

· Prepare the Bar bending Schedule with Shop Drawing, RA Bills and Monthly Invoice and Variation Etc.,
