3. Provide information, assistance, and guidance to callers regarding home health care services, schedules, and general inquiries.

4. Accurately document call details, including caller information, concerns, and actions taken, in the designated systems or software.

5. Collaborate with the on-call and evv team and field staff to ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution of calls.

6. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of services, policies, and procedures to effectively address caller inquiries.
