About This Opportunity

The Integrated Chronic Care Services team is currently seeking a part-time physician to join this collaborative and interdisciplinary team of health professionals. Located in Fall River, this 0.5 FTE position will provide comprehensive assessments and care planning for individuals with complex chronic conditions such as:
• Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)
• Environmental illnesses including Multiple Chemical Sensitivity
• Fibromyalgia
• Functional neurologic and gastrointestinal syndromes
