Ø Plan and manage fit out projectsfrom start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, resourcemanagement, and quality control

ØCoordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractorsto ensure project requirements aremet

Ø Manage and mentor project teams,providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying andaddressing any issues or delays

ØEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and industrystandards throughout the projectlifecycle

Ø Manage client expectationsand maintain strong relationships through effective communicationand project delivery

Ø Conduct regularsite visits to inspect work progress and quality, and to addressany on-site challenges

Ø Proactivelyidentify opportunities for process improvement and implement bestpractices to enhance projectdelivery
