Senior Financial Accountant - Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Management and development of the admin function

Oversee the preparation of financial and management accounts to deadline

Provide accurate cash forecasting and management

Ensure statutory compliance, and preparation and filing of returns

Ensure tax compliance of the business

Lead and implement continuous improvement in business processes and systemisation, including implementation of ISO

Dealing and negotiating with external parties such as auditors, banks, insurers etc.

Management and continuous development of all business reporting processes, KPIs and related controls

Management responsibility for all support functions including IT and HR

Support senior management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans

Commercially aware, understanding and anticipating the needs of both operations, consulting services and management
