• The lodge caters for 96 guests and does functions for up to 150 pax
• Will oversee 9 staff.
• Menu planning.
• Stock controls.
• Costings.
• Orders.
Qualifications

Professional culinary diploma
Skills

At least 3 years experience in similar role overseeing the full operations of the kitchen. Must be capable in buffet and plated meals. Excellent presentation skills.
