PURPOSE:

The purpose of the position is to provide leadership at NWU and faculty level to manage the operational delivery, development, advancement, and implementation of best practices in teaching and learning across campuses in cooperation with the Executive Dean, other Deputy Deans and Faculty Directors to achieve the unitary NWU committed to social justice.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• A PhD or an equivalent degree in one of the faculty’s disciplines.
• Membership of appropriate academic and professional networks.
• Five to ten year’s senior management experience.
• Significant experience in higher education at a senior level.
• A distinguished record of teaching, research, and scholarship excellence.
