Fintech - Distribution of point of sale devises and merchant services.

Duties & Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Drive client loyalty, retention, and profitability in our most valuable clients.

Proactively drive revenue growth across our Key Accounts through effective cross-selling initiatives, driving usage at a store level, and capitalizing on the opportunities within each account.

Play an integral part in formulating a winning long-term client retention strategy that will support business growth and keep churn to an absolute minimum.

Identify patterns, trends, and root causes stemming from client issues, which need to be addressed and proactively propose solutions to these issues, managing Head Office expectations and [URL Removed] DUTIES
