Job Objective

We are now seeking for an HR Specialist to be a part of our HR Business Partner Commercial team located in Ankara. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:
Main Responsibilities

Customer Management:

• To prepare the people plan, foresee the needs, drive HR processes (talent management, recruitment, promotion / assignment, performance, training, remuneration, engagement) and to develop necessary system / application suggestions according to business strategies of the customer

• To be the first contact of employees -especially ELT members- about all HR related topics

• To coordinate the consultants based on CCI needs

Talent Management & Career Development:

• To prepare strategic talent management plans for the account

• To drive ELT in terms of talent management and career development

• To prepare career maps according to the need of function and keep them updated and to support the career paths of employees
