Technical Skill
• 8+ years of experience supporting Microsoft systems (Windows server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy Management) in IT Infrastructure
• Detailed knowledge of Installation/Upgradation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Windows client operating system.
• Should have good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP and DNS
• Should have knowledge in implementing and managing the Group policy.
• Should have trouble shooting skill in Group policy related issues.
• Should have hands on experience on AD Object Management (Groups, Computer Object, User object)
• Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting end users /Win 10 related issues.
• Should have sound knowledge in File share management.
• Fair understanding on the DFS concept
• Experience in Scripting languages like PowerShell
• Must have hands on experience in ITSM-ServiceNow
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
