As part of the ANZCO Foods Group, The Local Butcher supplies the finest export quality beef, lamb and smallgoods to discerning home cooks, chefs, cafés and restaurants throughout the Marlborough region. We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our Blenheim store. You would need to be available Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm, with the occasional Saturday work to cover shop responsibilities.This role works closely with the Store Manager to ensure that monthly financial accounts and other financial reports are accurate and produced within the time.Duties will include but won't be limited to:Timely collection and entry of sales data to ensure that customer invoices are raised on a daily basisWeekly/fortnightly and monthly statements are distributed to customersPrepare daily banking and deposits - banking cash daily and preparing change orders as requiredEnsuring suppliers invoices are processed and paid on time with no outstanding balances, to group timetableCoordinate...
