Te tūnga | The role

We have a full-time permanent opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to provide efficient coordination of our reception and coordination support to our Facilities Management team. You will be the first point of contact for all staff, contractors, and visitors to our Kenepuru Science Centre.

In this role, you will be involved in a broad range of tasks which may include:
• Greeting and welcoming contractors and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Managing inwards and outwards couriers, mail, and samples.
• Providing phone reception for external calls
• Support visitor management, ensuring common areas are kept fresh and clean to enhance the visitor experience.
• Contributing to developing new or improved processes to ensure streamlined and timely service delivery.
