The Bach Cafe at Ocean Spa is in search of an experienced leader to champion and guide our team towards successful food service operations, encompassing events, venue hire, food and beverage preparation, and upholding the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.

As the Cafe Lead, you will be at the helm of a 12-member team, ensuring a consistent delivery of top-notch food and beverage services. You will be dedicated to continuous improvement, actively enhancing processes and procedures to guarantee the best service for our valued customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Collaborate with the Head Chef, Network Team Leader Fitness, and Ocean Spa Manager to determine menus and food offerings that enhance the customer experience at Ocean Spa, increasing profits and customer satisfaction.
• Assume the role of Duty Manager for evening functions when needed, ensuring impeccable service and adherence to all legal requirements regarding alcohol service.
