We are in search of a highly experienced Project Manager (PM) to oversee security operations for the U.S. Mission in Namibia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in police, military, or security management, with a minimum of ten years of experience and proficiency in program/project management. This role involves analyzing security environments, managing the Local Guard Force, and ensuring the Mission's security posture aligns with threats. The PM must be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate reliability in handling personnel and staffing matters. Fluency in English and the local language, as well as residency in Windhoek, is required. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the safety and well-being of U.S. personnel in Namibia.
