• Be creative and business-minded.
• Grasp the intricate and evolving blockchain environment, as well as the data stack that is still in its early stages of development on top of it.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Scientists, and Analysts.
• Demonstrate proficiency in working quickly and building scalable architecture.
• Consider creating data warehouses as your forte.

Must-haves:
• 3+N years of experience in data engineering or a big data backend role (reasonable N).
• Proficiency with data visualization and dashboarding tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
