Reporting to the Purchasing Manager; You will be;
• Ensuring that all goods received are checked and binned accurately
• Ordering and receipting of goods
• Organising parts orders for external customers & workshop technicians
• Collecting & Delivering parts
• Working closely with customers & colleagues and building rapport
• Taking a pro-active approach to selling additional parts or services to the customer
• Processing of workshop Job Cards

You have;
• Experience in a Parts Advisor role not essential – experience may be within a HGV, Plant, Automotive garage
• Knowledge of HGV parts is desirable but not essential
• A high level of IT literacy, ability to competently use MIS systems, MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills, face-to-face or by telephone
• A Full clean B Driving License
