The entity was established in 1984 as a family-run artisan bakery business. It now consists of a bakery, production kitchen supplying produce to its 16 outlets across the West and Northwest and third-party customers.

The Group also includes the 4-star Glasshouse Hotel which is situated in the center of Sligo.

We are now recruiting for the new role of HR Business Partner - this is an excellent opportunity for experienced and enthusiastic individual to further advance their career in our dynamic team.

This is a critical role working closely with all departments and key managers to support the business strategy and ultimately helping to deliver the company's business growth objectives.
