Key Duties And Responsibilities

· Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Finance office

· Have responsibility for accurate accounting records and provide financial reports for the Hotel.

· Regularly review the Balance Sheet, ensuring reconciliations are performed of all hotel-controlled accounts and that all balances are explained.

· Assisting with the Internal Audit. Ensure that an effective program of Audit is in place and that corrective action is promptly taken where required.

· Continual review and development of best practice Financial Accounting and Control procedures to maximise impact and efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with organizational Policies and Procedures.
