About the Role

My Client are looking to recruit a Store Manager to take the reins of their Galway store. Are you looking to progress your retail management career or an experienced retail manager looking for a new challenge? If so, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
• Managing the sales floor, cash office and all back office duties on a day-to-day basis.
• Maximising sales performance throughout the Store.
• Achieving Company KPI's around areas of Store Performance, Stock Management and Health and Safety.
• Recruiting, onboarding and rostering colleagues.
• Ensuring the Store delivers exceptional customer service.
• Delivering exemplary standards with in-store presentation, stock control, shrinkage & head office compliance.

The Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in your career or a Store Manager looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced high-volume retail environment.
