Duty Manager – Clanree Hotel
The 4 star Clanree Hotel In Letterkenny is looking for an experienced Duty Manager with F&B Experience.

The Duty Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the teams in all departments, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained. We are looking for an experienced and motivated person with a strong Management background, preferably with previous Food & Beverage experience.

Duties and responsibilities:
· To ensure that the highest standards of service are provided at all times
· To ensure that staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and effectively
· To manage the smooth running of the hotel
· To ensure that SOPs are followed by staff
· To communicate and work effectively with our management team
· To have a knowledge on all Food & Beverage menu items
