Our client is a global logistics provider in Swords, North Dublin. They have an opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant to join their team on a 4-day week basis.

In the role you will report to the Finance Manager and lead the AP, AR and Payroll personnel.

This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of account reconciliations, budget compilation, and back-up to the AP/AR and Payroll functions.

You'll be joining a well established team where everyone knows their roles and knows the business. If you enjoy process improvement, there are ongoing opportunities to refine ways of working and automation and digitisation.

Responsibilities
• Maintain and close the general ledger at month end
• Review and verify accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processes
• Summarize and prepare financial records and statements for external reporting
