Our client requires an experienced Accounts & Office Administrator to join their company

Office Hours is 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Role & Responsibilities
• Dealing with all aspects of Customer Orders
• Scheduling orders for delivery
• Dealing with product returns(Credit Notes)
• Dealing with Customer enquires, requests, backorders and record management ensuring all customer queries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
• Complete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks are in compliance with appropriate procedures
• Support Sales Teams & Managers
• Provide administrative support to other departments as required
• Answering telephone in a timely and polite manner
• Deal with all incoming emails
• Assist accounts department Accountant & BookKeeper

Requirements
• IT Literate with knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Sage50 Accounts and other office applications.
• Must have good attention to detail
