Responsibilites:
• Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategies for achieving organizational goals and objectives
• Ensure that short- and long-term goals per each reporting department are aligned to the subsidiary goals and are met
• Manage and monitor the operational and administrative areas of the company, define the business plan.
• Coordinate operations with department and project managers to meet planned objectives.
