Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Realtor at realtor.ge located in Tbilisi, with flexibility for some remote work. Realtors are responsible for developing and maintaining contacts with clients, negotiating the buying and selling of properties, and providing the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proven track record of successful real estate sales
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and motivation
• Knowledge of real estate market and trends in the local area
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field is preferred
