Role purpose

Organize and lead the dairy products manufacturing processes, fulfillment of production volumes, management and development of personnel, ensuring the safe working conditions and personnel engagement in production processes, control and effective management of production costs.

Key accountabilities:
• Organize the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ensure its observation within all functions of production
• Organize the implementation of best practices, sharing them with other production sites of the company and creation of teams to improve efficiency/ implement lean production
• Ensure the accomplishment of weekly production plans for finished goods in accordance with manufacturing efficiency and product quality requirements via maintaining HSE standards.
