The Role

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leveraging our new CRM system to enhance our sales operations and customer service processes. This hands-on role is a blend of a Product Owner and Administrator, requiring a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Service), combined with the capability to drive process improvements and system enhancements across our sales organisation in Europe.
