We are looking for a new colleague in the E-mobility Dept. at our location in Shenyang, Liaoning.

Your tasks:

• Ensure correct handling of non-conforming or suspect delivered goods according to procedure Organize internal meetings to coordinate problem analysis and solution in case of customer claims or concerns.

• Handle customer claims and file 8D reports according to procedure

• Keep close communication with the customer to get their expectation and feedback considered within the company.

• Support internal core team to review related technical documents.

• Conduct monthly monitoring and analysis of customer non-conformities (claims and online service records) and customer PPM.

Your profile:

• MS Office required, SAP desired.

• Quality management requirements according to ISO/TS 16949.

• Product and process audit according to VDA 6.3/6.5.

• Quality management tools (Q7 tools).

• Automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA).
