Universal Properties, a division of J.D. Irving, Limited is seeking a Fleet Administrator. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail, customer focus and have an understanding of automotive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain company records of vehicles, registrations, and motor vehicle inspections and maintenance. Obtain quotes where applicable, issue purchase orders, code maintenance and fuel invoices, approve invoices in Basware
• Schedule maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles
• Maintain taxable benefits information and records for Canada and USA; submit information to payroll at year end or when driver changes occur
