As Business Manager, you will be in charge of developing a perimeter in Nuclear & Industry, within Akkodis BE to extend our growth in Belgium (Brussels-Wallonia).

Responsibilities
• Participate actively in growing Akkodis client’s network
• Handle needs expressed by clients and understand the specific challenges for each of them
• Participate to the whole recruitment process in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team
• Follow up on our consultants through their project
• Proactively take actions to identify solutions to limit their inter project period
• Understand our financial conditions defined by N+1 (gross margin, payment deadline…)
• Transversal market study on business topics (competition analysis / new targeted client / lead generation…)

Qualifications
• You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Management or equivalent
• You have a first professional experience in a Consuling company or in the industry with at least sales and... More Detail
