Responsibilities and assignments
• Product Analysis using customer feedback (NPS, Satisfaction, Effort, etc.).
• Propose Roadmap enhancements and new developments according to their scope.
• Plan integration and ensuring the overall achievement of product objectives.
• Identify new opportunities, service improvements, and time reductions.
• Support Change Management activities (communications and training).
• Product Lead adopts other roles as assigned by his seniors or any other employer representative.

Requirements And Qualifications
• Education: Degree in a technical field or the equivalent in experience.
