Job Description

As an HRGA Manager, you are responsible for:
• Managing and executing day-to-day human resources function within site
• Ensuring highest operational excellence in servicing site personnel
• Handling site recruitment & In-out schedule from site
• Managing communications and ensuring harmonious relationship with the union and surrounding communities
• Creating and implementing development programs from different function of the organization, including but not limited to certification and training

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must possess:
• A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Minimum of 8 years of experiences within human resources
• Previous experiences within power plant company (preferably coal-powered), energy, or O&M company
