Vivo Energy is currently seeking a Transit Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will daily ensure all customs and transit operations in Fuel, Lubricants, LPG.

Principal Accountabilities:
• DPI management
• Processing liquidation bulletins
• Establishment of assignment invoices
• Processing exemption decisions of different customers
• Management Of Import/Export Orders Excluding Lubricant Orders
• Processing of supplier invoices and miscellaneous services

Daily responsibilities:
• Follow the opening of the DPI as quickly as possible.
• Ensure compliance with the invoice upon receipt.
• Transmission of DPI, AI and AC for payment of supplier invoices
• Archiving by scanning
• Receipt and processing of liquidations considering compliance with the order and declaration.
• Transmission to the financing department for processing
• Daily monitoring of payments to the Treasury
• Monitoring of payments in the various Customs offices to avoid any blocking of the account.
