Logistics Customer Coordinator x2 (1 Ennis, 1 Shannon , Co Clare)

Key 2 Recruitment has been retained by 2 expanding healthcare companies, 1 based in Ennis, 1 based in Shannon Co Clare to recruit 2 Logistics Coordinators.

The companies will consider a part time or a full time position with some flexibility on hours dependant on the needs of the successful candidate. (School Drop off or Collections etc)

Duties:
• Processing shipping documents
• Daily telephonic contact with clients and providing updates on the status of Orders
• Requesting and monitoring the information received from suppliers
• Proactive approach identifying potential problem areas.
• Excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written
• Close liaison with supply chain and other cross function colleagues.
• Dealing with customer/supplier complaints
• Ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to.
• Working knowledge of Word / Excel / Power point and understanding of an ERP system. ie, SAP, JD Edwards, Ross... More Detail
