Hotel Woodstock are inviting applications for a Leisure Centre Manager.

The Role:
• Assist Hotel Management in the day- to-day running of the Leisure Centre.
• Rostering of staff
• Ensure members and guests use the equipment properly and adhere to gym etiquette rules.
• Provide cover to other operational areas of the Club as necessary.
• Assist in other general administrative duties.
• Provide safe, effective instruction, fitness tests and programmes to members and guests.
• Manage and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility and equipment in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
• Training and development of staff.
• Monitor the plant room
• To supervise pool activities
• To enforce Pool rules in a firm but polite manner by explaining the reasoning for such rules.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the Pool and Leisure industry

· Qualified Life Guard (NPLQ)

· Certificate in First Aid
