Functieomschrijving RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages outgoing invoices A to Z :
• Creates and sends proformas and invoices to customers;
• Generates and sends credit notes and resolves errors when necessary;
• Follows-up on payments, sending reminders when necessary;
• Handles billing enquiries from customers;
• Updates client details in UITP database.
• In close collaboration with the registration and accounting teams, establishes a harmonised invoicing process;
• Acts as bridge between EAS dpt and Finance team regarding outgoing invoicing
• Assists with preparations for audits
• Tracks and generates regular reports on payment status of the various services
• Interacts with colleagues inside the team according to the RISE values and with care to ensure its sustainable performance.
