Well established software development company are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join their team. The successful applicant will be required to liaise with clients with regards to requirements, manager clients expectations, train clients on the system set up and requirements, project management, and above all be open to change and growth. Applicants will be responsible for all onboarding training; integrations such as financial systems; maintaining and updating SOP’s and documentation and onboarding new Point of Sale clients. Applicants should have experience in project management, key account management, client onboarding, and most important must have experience working in the tourism/ hospitality industry. More Detail
