A dynamic agricultural company, specializing in maize and soybean seed, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive sales within the assigned region by marketing products to farmers and agents and providing the relevant technical assistance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements for the role:
• Must have a relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 4 years’ sales experience in seed, ideally maize will be required
• Established relationships within the area are important for this role
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel
• Good communication skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, will be required

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing market share within the assigned area.
