Job Description:
• Focus on network and/or security projects
• Provide technical support, incident handling and service improvement services and advice to client on network components of the system
• Provide ad hoc support to daily operation

Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or Degree holders in Computer or Information Engineering or related subjects with at least 2 years or above Relevant IT experience
• Experience in network implementation, technical support and project coordination in one of the following areas:
• Data Center/Campus network infrastructure Implementation and support
• Pilot for new hardware, firmaware and technology
