Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Technician at Katanga Beverages in Lubumbashi. The Shift Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the production lines. They will be required to work rotating shifts and be available for on-call support as needed.

Qualifications
• Associate's degree or higher in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance
• Experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience in welding and fabrication is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and service manuals
