Responsibility:
1.Client Relationship Management:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, developing a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including executives and decision-makers.

-Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.

2.Account Growth and Retention:

-Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize the value of key accounts.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

-Monitor account health and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

3.Contract Negotiation and Management:

-Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
