Call Center experience a plus
Basic Computer skills (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
Rapid learner - able to learn and has the desire to learn.
Self-motivated
Engaging Personality with strong communication, presentation & listening skills.
Positive attitude and the ability to work well individually, as well as within a team.
Pleasant and professional demeanor in all client communications
Maintain a professional appearance.
Excellent English language skills, in both written and verbal communications (C1)
