First Factory Shops (Pty) Ltd, a retail linen business and a bed linen manufacturing factory situated at 67 / 69 Qashana Khuzwayo Road, New Germany has vacancy for a payroll assistant.

The candidate should excel in the following areas : 1.Has the ability and experience on Pastel Payroll with the following attributes?

a.Engage and release employees.b.Prepare payroll reports and pay-slips.c.SARS returns such as EMP 201 and EMP 501d.COID annual submissions2.

Experience in staff recruitment and placement3.Engage in company Disciplinary process from counselling to formalized Disciplinary enquiry.

4.Knowledge and experience in performing reconciliation between Salaries and wages to General ledger.The suitable candidate should have a working knowledge of Pastel Payroll, preferably in a retail and manufacturing environment.
