Job Description
• Monitor and follow up closely on yield and production performance daily.
• Monitor and coordinate the adjustment of yarn properties made by the Technicians on a daily basis and follow up on the result continuously.
• Troubleshoot any problems in the production process and make new standards for new trouble-shootings.
• Follow up on yarn quality in the production process and coordinate with the team to take quick action to overcome yarn quality problems in Twisting.
• Follow up activities of his/her subordinates such as tension measurement, COA, data collection, etc.
• Prepare Standard Operating Conditions for denier change or type change.
• Prepare, revise, and review all standard documents related to the Technical process.
• Monitor to ensure all actions taken are aligned with SHE procedures and government regulations.
