Position: Manufacturing/ Process Engineer (Machining Process)
Report to: Manager
Work location: SAM Precision (Thailand)Co.,Ltd [link removed] Ban Bueng, Chonburi

Duties and Responsibilities;
• Process planning, fixture and gauges design and CNC programming for the manufacturing.
• Lead, facilitate, execute and manage process improvement projects using lean six sigma techniques and tools to achieve process yield, cycle time reduction and productivity.
• Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards and cost analyses to promote efficient labor and equipment utilization without compromising on quality standards.
• Determine root cause and corrective action analyses for machine or quality issues that arise during production.
• Liaise with customers on development & improvement of process, material and equipment capabilities.
• Create and manage Bill of Material (BOM), operation routing and work instructions.
