Introduction

Diplomat South Africa is recruiting for the role of Sales Representative(DMM) - Tier 3 in the Field Sales Department to based in Gauteng (Vereeniging or Vanderbijlpark). The role will report to the Area Sales Supervisor(Direct Mini Market)

Duties & Responsibilities
• The ability to influence and sell predetermined sales solutions to targeted customers.
• Execute the sales plan for allocated customers, particularly bigger retail outlets and mini-markets.
• Ensure achievement of monthly targets, objectives and display targets.
• Excellent execution of business strategic drivers.
• Conduct negotiations with the customers for display and shelf space
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with the team to keep track of progress on allocated targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and ensure service levels are excellent.
