Thai Real Estate Sales Representative (Phuket or Samui Based)

SKHAI is seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Real Estate Sales with a proven track record in selling properties to international clients to join our Phuket office. Successful candidates will possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, along with the ability to rapidly expand SKHAI's network and generate sales.

Job Responsibilities:
Proactively sell SKHAI's properties to both international and local clients, and private network.Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and presentation to property viewing, negotiation, and closing the sale.Actively establish and nurture partnerships with local agencies.Ensure agents receive up-to-date project information and marketing materials.Coordinate contract signatures, fund disbursements, property handover, and address clients' post-sales inquiries.Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team and other departments (e.g., Customer Care, Architecture, etc.).
